The study includes a practical way of assessing ankle position sense.

Results: After statistical analyse in 32-34-36 sequantial degree anticipation of right ankle joint position sense there were 24 true 9 false but in 30-35-40 degrees there were 21 true 12 false anticipations. In 32-34-36 sequential degree anticipation of left ankle joint position sense there were 21 false and 12 true anticipations but in 30-35-40 sequential degrees there were 24 true 9 false anticipations.

Conclusions: The study and similar studies in litarature show that 5 degree error is a critical point to assess joint position sense of ankle to say whether it is healthy or not. So that sequential joint position sense with 5 degree diffirence can be used as a practical assesstment in rehabilitation clinics.
